A Murder Mystery Pub Crawl inspired by Murder at the Malden Bank
What to Expect
In this Victorian-era adventure pub crawl– inspired by the the book Abel Bodied: Murder at the Malden Bank written by Malden-native Michael Cloherty, and a real Malden historical 1863 murder – you and your companions will be taking on the role of investigators. You will visit four different bar/restaurant locations and meet a host of interactive characters, and interview them. Many of them will have pen & paper puzzles that you can solve to further unlock clues about the case. At the end of your adventure, by analyzing the clues and motive, means, and opportunity, you will try and identify who is the culprit!
Tickets are spread out in 15 minute increments beginning at 5pm with the event wrapping by 10pm. Choose the time slot for your group to show up and begin your adventure. Depending on the pace of your group it can take anywhere from 1 - 3 hours to complete. You set the pace based on how long you take to solve the challenges and linger at each location to enjoy food and drink.
