Battuto owner and cook, Augusta, has been passionate about food and feeding people for as long as she can remember. After many years as an avid home cook, Augusta decided to turn her very active hobby into a business. When she’s not popping up at a brewery with small bites and appetizers, she really enjoys providing an intimate and curated experience hosting dinners in her studio space. Battuto menus feature Italian flavors, and seasonal, fresh, ingredients.

Cabbage/Fennel/Apple Slaw or Burrata w/ Roasted Tomatoes
Marinated Bortolotti beans w/ Calabrian ChiliGrilled Tuscan Ribs w/ Rosemary Lemon Vinaigrette
Peaches w/ Marscapone and Ginger Crumble
This is a four course menu in total, with all food, four half pour beer pairings, and gratuity included in the ticket price. Additional beverages can be purchased at the bar.
